The first attempt occurs at app launch after 24 hours have passed from the first personal feedback and a new summary exists. Later attempts occur at app launch after 24 hours have passed since both the last automatic attempt and the last successful upload and a new summary exists.
02Possible payload
The payload may include card and event counts, line and character counts and averages, correction, fill, region, script and phone-pattern statistics, app, base model, previous model and compatibility profile, personalFeedbackCount, related timestamps, schema/export version, clientDay, batchId, and a deduplication client-profile value. This value is not intended to identify a user or device.
03Excluded data
- Business card images
- Names, phone numbers, email and addresses
- Company, department, title and notes
- OCR source and line text
- Imported contact source data
04Imported contacts
Imported contacts are excluded from OCR training samples.
05Processor and retention
Cloudflare, Inc. Workers and D1 are used. Accepted summaries are kept for up to 180 days and audit history without original content for up to one year. Rejected requests do not retain original card or contact content; only limited metadata such as the rejection reason, request length, and receipt time is kept for up to 90 days. The server runs automatic deletion daily. Cross-border processing details will be disclosed based on Cloudflare settings and contract documents.
